Emir has more than 15 years of experience being involved in many high-profile disputes including class actions and judicial reviews, and high-profile franchise transactions. He is well-known as his out-of-the box approach, and commercially-focused solutions. 

He once served as the secretary-general of the Indonesian Franchise Association, the vice chairman of the franchise permanent committee at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN Indonesia), and the secretary of South-Jakarta Office of Indonesian Bar Association.
